The Ministry of Justice did not register the party “For the Family!”

On October 20, 2023, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation refused to register the party “For the Family!”, the initiators of the creation of which were the “Forty Forty” movement. The reason for the refusal was the non-compliance of the submitted documents with the requirements of the law “On Political Parties”.

The refusal aroused the indignation of the party’s founders, who considered that “to the traditionalists of Russia, large families, Orthodox Christians and Muslims, supporters of President Putin and his course towards strengthening the country’s sovereignty and traditional family and spiritual and moral values, which constitute the asset of the Party “For the Family!” They were treated like stall holders. Worse than to Navalny” , because they did not provide, like the latter, three months to correct the shortcomings, but immediately sent a refusal to register.
