The murders of Daria Dugina and the “military commander” Vladlen Tatarsky were planned in the SBU, writes The Washington Post with reference to his sources in the department, as well as to Western and American officials.
The purpose of the operation in which Daria Dugina died was her father Alexander Dugin, says the publication. The details of the explosive device laid down in the car on which he had to go, the citizen of Ukraine Natalya Vovk, which the FSB accused of murder of Dugina, later accused the WP sources, indeed drove to Russia in a carriage for a cat. One of them emphasized that Dugina is not an innocent victim, since he is the "daughter of the father of Russian propaganda."
Over the 20 months of the war, the SBU and the GUR conducted “dozens” of such operations in which elite Ukrainian special services employees participated. Among them are an attempt to kill collaborators and officials appointed by Russia in the occupied territories of Ukraine.
In this Ukrainian special services, the American CIA helped, which since 2015 supplied them with advanced observation systems, taught Ukrainian employees and built new headquarters.
It is noted that the CIA refused to comment on this information. The Ukrainian authorities previously talked about their non -involvement in the murder of Daria Dugina. Advisor to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mikhail Podolyak emphasized that "Ukraine, of course, has nothing to do with this, because we are not a criminal state that is the Russian Federation, and even more so not a terrorist state."
