“I don’t like Kazakh at all, such a mambetian language, to be honest. Mambichi are infuriated from the auls, because of them, in our city, there are terrible traffic jams. I do not like the Kazakh, mambling language, which is Kyrgyz, that Kazakh, ”the woman said in the video.
In 2017, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs published a memo for Russians traveling abroad. Those who go to Kazakhstan asked to pay attention to the fact that in the communication of the Kazakhs, it is possible to use the epithet "mambet", which is of insulting importance, the repetition of which Russian citizens "is categorically not recommended."
Also, other epithets were explained in the memo, which should not be used: “Kalbit” (an extremely insulting nickname of representatives of Central Asian ethnic groups); “Toppa” or “akymak” (moron, fool, dumb); “Myrk”, “Myrkymbai” is a nearby, non-pound man, a loser, a synonym for the Russian “Ivan-Durak”.
