Makhmud Ibadulaev was sentenced to a general regime colony.
In October 2023, the Kirovsky District Court of Makhachkala sentenced Makhmud Ibadulaev under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (organizing the activities of an extremist organization).
The case was initiated on the basis of materials from the Russian FSB department for military unit 6876.
According to the press service, from October 2019 to March 2022, Ibadulaev took an active part in the activities of the “Union of Slavic Forces of Rus'” (recognized as extremist and banned on the territory of the Russian Federation), including “calling for refusal to pay taxes, housing and utility payments, failure to fulfill civil obligations, organized the production and distribution of campaign materials promoting hatred of government agencies.”
The court sentenced him to 2 years and 2 months in a general regime colony.
The court's verdict entered into legal force.
