The leader of the neo-Nazi gang White Scouts was arrested in St. Petersburg

The 46-year-old leader of the neo-Nazi gang White Scouts, Andrei Razin (Chibis (Chinarik)), was arrested in St. Petersburg .

On October 23, 2023, a criminal case was opened in St. Petersburg against Andrei Razin under Art. 282.4 of the Criminal Code (repeated demonstration of Nazi symbols).

On April 12, 2023, the Moscow District Court of St. Petersburg fined Razin 2 thousand rubles under Art. 20.3 of the Administrative Code for the fact that on April 1 he posted on his Telegram channel his own photographs in a sauna, where tattoos with swastikas, stuffed in places of detention, were visible. Razin stated that he repented.

According to the investigation, in June 2023, he again posted on the Telegram channel on the White Scouts channel page his own photos on the sports field, in which tattoos were visible. On October 23, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case. On October 31, 2023, Razin was charged. He admitted guilt.

The Vyborg District Court of St. Petersburg ruled to select a preventive measure in the form of detention until December 23, 2023 (preliminary investigation period).

The leader of the Lincoln 88 group, Andrei Linok, reported that Chibis was arrested under Art. 282.1 of the Criminal Code (creation and organization of an extremist community). During the search, they found a revolver, hunting rifles, brass knuckles and knives.

He had previously been convicted several times and was under supervision.

Andrei Razin was born on January 5, 1977 in Samara. He received his first conviction for theft at the age of 16. Then he stole radios from cars. I became interested in far-right ideas after meeting a neo-Nazi from St. Petersburg, Alexei (Mukha) Maksimov . Both were members of the Totenkopf group, attacked migrants and painted swastikas on synagogues and other public buildings, for which they were sentenced to imprisonment. In 1999, Chibis beat up a Korean citizen. Razin also had convictions for robbery and damage to other people's property. He was repeatedly prosecuted for violating administrative law, including disobedience to a government official, drinking alcohol in public places, and petty theft. In 2008, he was sentenced to 14 years in a maximum security colony for the murder of a police officer. He was released in the summer of 2022, after which he started the White Scouts Telegram channel.
