The administrator of the Open Sky Aviation Telegram channel, an expert in the field of air right to Vladimir Goncharov came with a search of the security forces, which he himself announced . In his channel, he criticizes the Federal Air Transport Agency and the Ministry of Transport for the sabotage of the development of small and unmanned aviation in the Russian Federation.

According to him, he takes place as a witness in the criminal case under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Production, storage, transportation or sale of goods and products, the performance of work or the provision of services that do not meet security requirements”). Goncharov writes that he advised the owner of the aircraft, on which the case was instituted on the issue of receiving a certificate of flight fitness.

He confiscated the tablet, hard drives and money. Goncharov noted that the search took place in the morning when he gathered children in a kindergarten.

Goncharov suspects that he “deserved” such an attitude because of his “social activity on the development of aviation in Russia, due to legal disputes with the Federal Air Transport Agency and the Ministry of Transport on the Open Sky Telegram channel”.

In mid-November, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs put on the wanted list Abakar Abakarova, which controls the Telegram channel Morning Dagestan. At the end of October, this channel, among others, coordinated the actions of the Dagestanis, who arranged anti -Semitic riots at the Makhachkala airport.
