Daria Trepova does not plead guilty to two articles

The 2nd Western District Military Court at a departure meeting in the 1st Western District Military Court in St. Petersburg began consideration of the case of Daria Trepova, accused of the murder of “military feed” Vladlen Tatar, and her friend Dmitry Kasintsev, whose girl was hiding until the moment of detention. The meeting is monitored by the correspondent of "Paper" .

What the accused told. Daria Trepova said she did not plead guilty to the articles about the attack and the illegal turnover of the explosive device and insists on previously these indications. At the same time, she fully pleads guilty under the article on the use of fake documents.

Dmitry Kasintsev also pleaded guilty - he does not agree with the qualifications. He is charged with a hiding of a particularly serious crime, but before that he was accused of failure to do about the crime.

What the accusation told. Prosecutor Nadezhda Tikhonov mentioned the publicist and former leader of the Moscow NBP branch Roman Popkov. He was accused of leading a terrorist act and put on the wanted list.

Popkov himself previously stated that he had communicated with a girl in social networks only “in journalistic affairs”. In a letter of Paper, Trepova said that she was framed by a journalist, at the request of which she went to Tatar evenings.

According to the prosecution, the explosion in the cafe was made “remotely” from the Estonian SIM card acquired in Ukraine. Of the 85 participants in the meeting with Tatar, 52 people were injured. The restaurant premises struck about 1.3 million rubles.

Tikhonova said that she transported an explosive device to St. Petersburg and kept it in an apartment on Vasilievsky Island. Then she activated the device, removing the magnet at the bottom of the bust, after which she went to the university embankment.

Context. On April 2, an explosion occurred on the Vasilievsky Island in a cafe that belonged to the founder of Wagner PMC Evgeny Prigozhin. At the scene, the "military" Vladlen Tatarsky died.

According to investigators, the figurine with explosives brought to the meeting Daria Trepova by decree of "persons operating from the territory of Ukraine." She is charged with a terrorist attack, illegal turnover of explosives and the use of a fake document in order to hide a crime.
