On November 13-19, 2023, several far-right Telegram channels posted videos with scenes of attacks on people of “non-Slavic appearance.”
On November 13, 2023, a video of a group attack on a person was published. The caption to the video states that the case is taking place in Kazan and that the person was lured into a fake date. A group of 6 young people caught a man in the courtyard of a residential building. One strangled the victim, the other kicked him in the head.
On the same day, a video appeared of an attack on a passerby. The attacker knocked the man to the ground and kicked him several times. The operator in boots with white laces also kicked the victim a couple of times. The victim’s face was not included in the video; the description states that the victim of the attack was an “Uzbek.”
On November 19, a video of an attack with a spray can on a passer-by in an underground passage was published. A young man of oriental appearance turned in response to the call towards the attackers, and gas was sprayed in his face. He was then chased by one of the attackers while his partner filmed the attack.
On November 15, a video report appeared where a Nazi skinhead in gray camouflage pants and a balaclava boasts of someone else’s phone, which he got after the attack on the “khach”. His accomplice films it on video. The phone screen is cracked, the photos show an oriental woman. The attack itself was not captured on video.
On November 17, a video of a group beating of a man was published. Two attackers knocked down a passerby, sprayed gas in his face and kicked him. The operator also took part in the beating. The description calls the victim “multinational.”
On November 19, a video recording of an attack on a vegetable kiosk seller was published. The seller was closing the Vegetables and Fruits kiosk when two people attacked him from behind. Their accomplice filmed the attack. The man was kicked several times and doused with gas.
On November 18, a new neo-Nazi channel published a video of an attack on a person in a residential area of an unknown city. The video begins with a chase of a middle-aged man holding a plastic beer bottle in his hand. The man tried to run away, but his pursuers caught up with him and beat him. The description of the video emphasizes that the victim is “non-Russian.”
On November 16, 2023, a video appeared of an attack with a spray can on a person near the entrance. In the description, the victim is called a “Wahabi.” The video shows that the victim was standing near the entrance to the five-story building, the attacker approached him and sprayed gas in his face, and then ran away. His accomplice filmed the attack. The car's license plate number was captured on the video. A car with this number was used in Novosibirsk in 2022. This is probably when the attack took place.
