
In the Preobrazhensky Court of Moscow, the prosecution requested the former Minister of Open Government Mikhail Abyzov 19.5 years of colony. It is reported by TASS.
The prosecutor also demanded that ex-minister were 470 million rubles. In addition, the prosecutor asks for sentencing from 7 years to 18.5 years in the colony of Abyzov's accomplices.
Mikhail Abyzov was detained in early 2019, he is charged with an attempt to seize the shares of Sibeko and RES. From 2012 to 2018, Abyzov was part of the Government of the Russian Federation, he was responsible for simplifying the communications of Russians with departments.
In total, 12 people are in the dock in this case, they are accused of organizing a criminal community, bribing and laundering money. Four more defendants are wanted.
