The Chuvashia government purchased furniture for more than 200 million rubles. As Mash draws attention , about so much was not enough to repair the Mardosad highway in the capital of the Republic of Cheboksary.
The list of purchased furniture, in particular, tables of 300 thousand and more than 200 seats for 19 million rubles (as Mash notes, the chairs were purchased at the “double tariff”, their cost should be two times lower).
At the same time, the City Hall of Cheboksar planned to allocate a smaller amount of 155 million rubles for a partial repair of the Marposad highway. This money was supposed to be spent on expanding the stripes, major repairs, and so on. However, in the end, the budget was reduced to 12 million, this money was enough only to close up to pits and potholes. But, as Mash notes, and these works were performed poorly - the highway is still in a problematic state. The prosecutor's office conducted a check and demanded to carry out normal repairs.
