For the ex-governor of the Kirov region, Nikita Belykh requested 12 years in prison in a new criminal case

For the former governor of the Kirov region, Nikita Belykh, the state prosecution requested 12 years in prison in the case of abuse of powers, RIA Novosti reports . In 2018, he was already convicted of 8 years in a colony in another case of bribery.

A new criminal case against him was opened in 2021. According to the prosecution, the excess of white powers led to losses of the region in the amount of 740 million rubles. If the court finds him guilty of this episode and agrees with the period proposed by the charge, then in general the whites will have to conduct four years more in prison, due to the absorption of the deadline.

According to the case of a bribe in which the whites were planted for 8 years, in 2016 he received 100 thousand euros from the German businessman Yuri Zudheimer. In 2022, Zudheimer at a survey in the Swiss prosecutor’s office claimed that this money was transferred to him to the FSB. The recording with this confession fell into the hands of the Lithuanian edition of Siena, the businessman himself publicly said that his words were “torn from context”.

The new case regarding the whites was instituted according to the episodes of loans, which were taken from the Uralhim enterprise by the subsidiary of the regional government. Later she was counted, her debts were recovered through the arbitration court.
