A video has appeared on the Internet of the beating of a native of Azerbaijan by the ultra-right on a fake date. The video was filmed recently somewhere in the south of the country.
On December 13, 2023, several far-right Telegram channels published a video of a brutal group beating by far-right people of a native of Azerbaijan on a fake date.
Five people took part in the attack, and their accomplice filmed them. Also caught in the frame was a member of the group, who likely acted as bait.
One of the attackers used a wooden baton to strike. After the beating, the far right tried to record an “interview,” but it probably didn’t work out. At the end of the video, the man is already lying on the ground without a jacket, and the attackers decide to flee the crime scene.
The participants in the attack hid their faces with masks and scarves; one was wearing camouflage pants and high boots with white laces.
Despite the fact that there is no snow outside, most likely the video was filmed no earlier than mid-November in one of the southern regions of the country (at the 55th second of the video, the song Aigel, included in the soundtrack of the recently released TV series “Words,” begins playing from the phone of one of the attackers boy").
