“USSR citizen” from Plavsk fined

“Citizen of the USSR” was fined for discrediting the RF Armed Forces.

At the end of December 2023, in the Tula region, a 55-year-old resident of Plavsk was fined 45 thousand rubles under Art. 20.3.3 Code of Administrative Offenses (discrediting the use of Russian armed forces ).

According to a media report, a resident of Plavsk is a supporter of the banned organization “Citizens of the USSR”; he posted materials on social networks aimed at discrediting the Russian military.
