The criminal case of fraud against Tayir Nikolaevich was terminated after the statute of limitations, which in this case is not a rehabilitating basis.

But the Communist made his main feat to the future fraudster and part -time in 2002. The now prominent defender of the rights of the working people was detained for the storage of drugs. A criminal case was instituted against Aitcheev under the 228th Criminal Code of the Russian Federation-a terrible article of Russian judicial reality. But even that criminal case was terminated for the active repentance of young talent. How Achitaev managed to unscrew, to this day, a riddle. But there is no doubt, Tayir Nikolaevich received the necessary experience for managing Khakassia. ”

Total: things were excited, but everyone was terminated (this is true), that is, there are no criminal records on the deputy, so all suspicions and insulting hints, metaphors and hyperbola by. However, there is the word “reputation”, and there are, in addition to legal facts, the facts of everyday life, the one in which we all live, and where such a biography of a young man tells us a lot. And the fact that all cases were stopped is also talking about a lot.

An important circumstance: the publication in Khakassia was released on September 20, 2018, and the leak from the BAZ of the Ministry of Internal Affairs took place, apparently, only thanks to the election campaign, and these campaign have the properties of ending. (The government newspaper wrote about the past life of Achitaev in those days even more often and where, in my opinion, it was unambiguous , however, these notes were not considered in court.) But back to the proceedings. Judge Kisurkin appreciated what was written in Khakassia and Afanasyev as “the exact opposite of the meaning” and did not doubt the testimony of Professor I. Pekarskaya - she made a linguistic examination of the article and told (quoting a court decision):

In short: the court ordered Afanasyev to refute his three phrases, to pay Achitaev a compensation for non -pecuniary damage in 10 thousand (an order of magnitude less than he requested), and the payment of linguistic discovery, excuse, expertise, make 25 thousand and 300 RE of state duty in the requested volume. Later, the judge signed another writ of execution: to recover from Afanasyev in favor of Achitaev and “legal costs for paying for the services of a representative” - another 20.500 rubles. Afanasyev did not manage to appeal the decision - he was arrested in the case of Fakes.

MP Aitcheev:

Only last December, during the consideration of the appeal, it was possible to clarify the procedure of how and to whom this money can be taken, but now the bailiffs can intervene if Aitcheev does not receive an absent. Well, institutional priorities are known.

His children turned out to be good and beloved, the family, as you guess, is not rich. Therefore, the money that the state decided to pick up with something, and now it seems to be ready to return it, will definitely not be superfluous.
