On January 27, in Volgograd, on the street near house No. 72b on Lenin Avenue, Aleksey (Monakhov) Malevany and another ultra-rightist attacked a minor young man and broke his nose.
A minor in the Krasnoe i Beloe store saw Monakhov and his comrade, who were making noise, laughing loudly and demonstrating a Nazi salute. According to the victim, Malevany was filming a video on his phone and singing a song in German, his companion raised his hand in a Nazi salute. As he was leaving the store, Malevany loudly shouted the Third Reich party salute and also raised his hand. Then Malevany returned to the store and again shouted a Nazi salute to his friend, raising his hand.
The teenager made a remark to them and said that he condemned Nazism. After that, Malevany hit the minor in the face and broke his nose. His comrade pulled a balaclava over the victim's head and then knocked him down. Malevany and his friend began to kick the teenager. A passerby scared the neo-Nazis and they ran away.
The victim was diagnosed with a closed fracture of the nose, bruises of the soft tissues of the head, bruises and multiple abrasions on the face. He was hospitalized.
The trial for the attack began on May 6 .
