Putin signed a decree on the possibility of significant companies not to disclose information

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree that allows economically significant organizations (EZO) and have switched to direct ownership of shares and shares in them not to disclose information about their activities. The document is posted on the official portal for the publication of legal acts.

The order allows the ACO not to post information that should be published in accordance with the laws on joint -stock companies, banks, limited liability companies, audit activities and others.

At the same time, companies need to provide information about activities at the request of federal executive bodies, but they should not be placed in the public domain.

To get into the AC list, the company must have at least one criterion: the annual revenue - more than 75 billion rubles, the cost of assets - more than 150 billion rubles, employees - over 4 thousand people, the company's work in critical sectors, as well as the share of the direct or indirect participation of Russian beneficiaries in the SIK (as a general rule - more than 50%).
