Case of swastika on neck goes to trial

In the Kostroma region, a case was brought to court regarding the repeated display of a swastika on the neck.

On January 31, 2024, the Buysky District Court of the Kostroma Region received a case under Art. 282.4 of the Criminal Code (public display of Nazi symbols, if this act was committed by a person subjected to administrative punishment for any of the administrative offenses provided for in Article 20.3 of the Administrative Code).

According to the court, O., having previously been brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 20.3 of the Administrative Code, publicly demonstrated his own tattoo on his neck in the form of a swastika.
