They are trying to bring Barnaul Baptists to justice for unauthorized tapping into a water supply

On January 15, 2024, Barnaul Vodokanal LLC filed a claim with the Arbitration Court of the Altai Territory against the Church of Evangelical Christian Baptists “Salvation” in the village of Yuzhny in Barnaul. The plaintiff demands that the religious organization pay over 800 thousand rubles for illegal tapping into the water supply system.

The court accepted the statement of claim, the first hearing is scheduled for February 14.

According to the plaintiff, the church illegally used the water supply from 2020 to 2023.
