Russia begins to implement long -term plans in the occupied territories of Ukraine - ISW

President Vladimir Putin announced the plans of Russia to integrate the occupied Ukrainian territories in the Russian Federation over the next six years.

Putin said that Russia plans that the occupied territories of Ukraine be at the same level with Russia in uncertain "key regions" until 2030.

According to experts of the Institute for Studying War ( ISW ), this indicates that Russia begins to implement long -term plans and does not provide for any territorial concessions.

In addition, Putin called on Russian banks not to be afraid of Western sanctions and intensify work in the occupied territories, noting that the constituent entities of the Russian Federation established patronage networks with the occupied regions of Ukraine.

Recall that the chairman of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Alexander Prokudin, in an interview with Ukrinform publication, made the possibility of announcing for the Kherson forced evacuation of families with children.
