In the presidential bulletin of Vladislav Davankov could not be. It works under the Asiacredit brand and specializes in issuing fast loans to migrants from Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.

In 2018, Davankov took up politics: he became the deputy director of the non -profit organization Russia - Country of Opportunities. Five months after the Duma elections, in February 2022, Russia was on the verge of war. Against the backdrop of the militaristic Hurray-patriotism, in which all the old parliamentary parties hit, the position of “new people” looked almost liberal. On February 19, five days before the full -scale invasion of Russia to Ukraine, Vladislav Davankov said that the “injection of the situation” will hit primarily on residents of both countries and unrecognized republics.

When on February 15 in the State Duma it was decided how to recognize the so -called DPR and LPR, the Communist Party proposed to contact Putin directly without consultation with the Foreign Ministry. "New People" were the only faction that opposed.

But the deputies did not last long. Already on February 22, when the State Duma was faced with the need to urgently ratify friendship and cooperation with the LPR and the DPR, the “new people” voted “for”. The changed position of the party then laconly expressed precisely Davankov. He said: “The president made the right decision. Democracy is when we are discussing, discussing to the decision made. But when the decision is made, you need to act. ”

Openly against the war, Vladislav Davankov does not speak out. In an interview with Ksenia Sobchak in the fall of 2023, he said that the damage that the war inflicted on Russia is a "great tragedy for our country." “I know very few people who can directly say: war is great, so you have to act,” he said. “The war never leads to universal happiness.”

Direct questions about his attitude to the war are not answered. “I would not want to open my position 100%. On guard of rainbows and "traditional values"

This law prohibits surgical operations, hormonal therapy, and floor change in documents. An exception is only for people who are required due to congenital genetic characteristics. The law written by Davankov struck in the rights of those people who changed the gender in the past: they were forbidden to adopt children and take care of them.

“If we, as the country, decided that traditional values ​​are our everything, the family is our everything ... So we must be consistent,” Davankov explained why he spoke with this bill, in an interview with Ksenia Sobchak. However, when the journalist asked him whether he supports “traditional values” himself, Davankov said nothing.

When asked about how the discrimination of translies differs from discrimination by a national basis, he replied that comparing this is like "comparing warm with wet." “Our Russia is a large country in which it is good for Jews, and Russians, and the Greeks, the Chechens, and the Yakuts, and the Kalmyks, there is no such discrimination. Talking about the ban on the change of sex, Davankov emphasizes that the first version of the bill was “the most fierce”, but thanks to his work, the norm was mitigated. In an interview with Ksenia Sobchak, the politician admitted that while working on the project for him it became a discovery, that in every person there is not one “female” X-chromosome and “male” Y chromosome, but a set of XX or XY ( due to genetic characteristics of some people, the set of these chromosomes may be different, and therefore their sexual maturity is violated.

Although, in general, the policy of “traditional values” of Davankov is readily implemented, in the little things he suggests “promoting nuts”. In November last year, even before Russia announced LGBT with an extremist organization, he asked Roskomnadzor to officially announce that the image of the rainbow itself was in no way connected with orientation. Thus, the deputy hoped to avoid the "absurd cases of persecution" of people. However, this initiative did not lead to anything - and Russians are fined and even put under arrest for earrings with a rainbow or a picture of a rainbow in social networks.

Fighter with "excesses"

When Vladimir Putin announced mobilization in the fall of 2023, Vladislav Davankov did not criticize this decision. But he began to fight with “overclocks in the field” - to help return the men who were sent to the front, although they were not subject to mobilization. Publicly Davankov scolded the soulless military commissars, to whom “human fates are not important”, and “local officials” who send everyone to the front, although the president “clearly outlined the framework”.

“New People” then created a special center of work with complaints about “hasty and unfair” decisions on calling for the front. Over the first week of mobilization, Davankov reported, party lawyers processed more than a thousand appeals. Vladislav Davankov did not report how many men in fact helped to return home from the front. But he wrote that after his appeals from mobilization, Alexander Chukhlebov, who turned almost 50 years old, was freed into one eye.

Davankov tried to fix “mobilization errors” at the legislative level. He proposed to be released from mobilization of entrepreneurs - but this idea was criticized in the government.

In 2023, when the authorities decided to increase the upper bar for a call for military service up to 30 years, deputies from the "new people" voted against. Davankov, along with a colleague in the faction of Sardana Avksentieva, proposed to introduce a delay from the service for fathers of children under three years of age and for fathers of children with disabilities - but the Duma has not yet considered this initiative.

Manual "liberal"

Vladislav Davankov - the politician is so systematic that in 2021 the Kremlin even considered the opportunity to send him to lead the region (he was one of the candidates for the position of acting head of the Republic of Mari El).

Last year, Vladislav Davankov participated in the elections of the Moscow Mayor - competed with Sergey Sobyanin, who, with a result of 76.4% of the vote, was re -elected for a third term. Davankov received 5.34% and took fourth place.

During the election campaign, Davankov made initiatives that were supposed to win the sympathies of opposition Muscovites. He urged to stop fine and arrest people for old anti-war posts in social networks (he proposed to limit the statute of limitations for such offenses two to three months from the date of publication). He advocated the authorities to take a ban on rallies: in some regions of Russia, officials still use coronavirus restrictions so as not to allow people to protest. But all these election ideas remained unrealized.
