On February 18, 2024, it became known that the Resurrection Monastery of Samara filed a claim against the city administration with the Arbitration Court of the Samara Region. The religious organization is demanding through the court that the ownership of two buildings be transferred to it.
We are talking about the abbot's building with an area of 1130 square meters and the temple-chapel with an area of 109.3 square meters. First, the monastery filed a lawsuit against the regional Ministry of Construction, but the ministry turned out to be an improper defendant. Now the monastery has appealed to the mayor's office with a claim for recognition of ownership rights.
