From February 5 to February 11, 2024, a new batch of videos with direct actions appeared in far-right Telegram channels. The video included attacks on migrants, a woman in traditional clothing, and punctures on the wheels of cars with license plates from Kalmykia and Buryatia .
Violence
On February 5, 2023, a video of an attack on a Yandex.Lavka courier was published in one of the far-right Telegram channels. The attackers provoked a conflict and may have stolen something. In the video, the courier approached one of the attackers and demanded something from him; in response, a gas canister was sprayed in his face. After that, several attackers began to beat the courier and threw him onto the road. About 6 attackers were caught on camera, and another one was filming. The attackers hid their faces, and some were dressed like Nazi skinheads: bomber jackets, Lonsdale bags. The description of the video states that the courier is a native of Tajikistan.
On February 10, a video appeared of an attack on a man on a fake date. The attackers arranged a date for him on behalf of a 15-year-old girl on a dating service. When he was walking down the street with a “girl,” one of the organizers sprayed him with a spray can. The victim began to run away, and the operator tried to catch him. He was thrown into the snow and hit several times, but the victim managed to break free and run away. The description calls the victim “Arab.”
Petty violence
On February 9, 2023, a video of an attack on a punk and his girlfriend in Kurgan at the entrance to a store appeared in one of the far-right Telegram channels. The reason was probably the red laces in the young man's shoes. The attacker, hiding his face under a balaclava, asked the victim if he was an anti-fascist. The young man replied that he was a punk. After that, the attacker sprayed him and his companion in the face and ran away, shouting insults at the anti-fascists.
On February 10, a video appeared of an attack on a motorist with hammers. The driver was getting into the car when two attackers approached him and sprayed him in the face. Both attackers pulled out hammers and tried to beat the victim with them, but the driver was able to break free and run away. The attackers ran after the driver, and then ran back to the car and began breaking windows and headlights. Three people took part in the attack: two attacked, one filmed. The attackers hid their faces. The caption to the video states that the victim is “non-Russian.”
On February 11, a video was published showing fireworks being fired at a woman walking down the street “in traditional dress.” One of the masked attackers took out fireworks, the second began filming. The woman walked past the attacker, he tried to hit her with a rocket, but missed. The description states that the video was filmed in December 2023, and the victim is called a “gypsy.”
Damage to property
On February 9, a video was published where two people slashed the wheels of a car registered in the Republic of Kalmykia.
On February 11, a video was published showing a punctured wheel of a black Mitsubishi with a Tajikistan license plate.
On the same day, another Telegram channel published a video with two cuts to the wheels of cars with license plates from Buryatia and Kalmykia in St. Petersburg. In the caption, the authors of the video spoke negatively about Fontanka and AJUR.
