The Moscow student was arrested for messages in Telegram chats sent after the announcement of mobilization in September 2022

The court in Moscow arrested a college student Denis Eroshin, accused under the article on the justification of terrorism (part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code). According to the OVD-Info, the reason for the criminal case was the publication in Telegram chat, made on September 22, 2022-the day after the announcement of mobilization in Russia.

According to the case file, a user named Denis repostil into the chat announcements of protest shares, including the post from the Navalny Channel, where next to the hand with the Molotov cocktail, it was written: “We support any form of protest.” Eroshin was detained on March 14.
