Ukrainian student, who was arrested three times in a row for posts on social networks, was expelled from the sixth year of the medical faculty of Moscow State University

A student of Moscow State University, a citizen of Ukraine Sergei Gulko, whom the court decided to expel from Russia for posts in social networks, was expelled from the sixth year of the Faculty of Fundamental Medicine. Thiswas reported by RIA "Novosti" with reference to the press service of the faculty.

“The faculty did not have any complaints against academic performance Gulko. Given the identified offenses and the imposed administrative punishments, an order was signed on its deductions. (...) We do not know that Gulko S.V., being within the walls of the university, publicly demonstrated his political and ideological beliefs, ”the press service said.

Gulko was detained on April 3 and arrested for 10 days under an article on disobedience to the police. At the exit from the student’s special receiver, they again detained and sent under arrest for another 12 days under the article on the demonstration of extremist symbols for the slogan “Glory to Ukraine!” On the page on the VKontakte social network. On April 25, Gulko was detained for the third time. The judge appointed him another 12 days of arrest for posts in social networks with "propaganda of hatred and enmity."

Then the Tverskaya District Court of Moscow ordered Golko to leave Russia within three days. The lawyer of the young man Nikita Spivak said that his client could not fulfill this requirement, as he would be in the special reception. On May 8, it became known that at the exit from the specialist, Gulko was again detained and sent to the temporary maintenance center for foreigners, where it will be before expulsion from Russia. His girlfriend Yana said that the student will be sent to the third country, but to which and when, it is unknown.

During one of the trials, Gulko explained that he had made publications in the first months of the war, being in a difficult emotional state: "They bombed my city, bombed my country, and as a result of this people died." His friend Yana said that a classmate, "which is in the Z-groups, could write a denunciation of a denunciation. According to the girl, he kept the screenshots of the posts of Gulko for several years to harm him before release and prevent him from getting a diploma.
