Residents of the region also complain about lack of shelters, and their deficiency is especially acute in border villages.

A resident of the rural settlement of Tavrovo, in a conversation with The Insider, said that at the time of rocket danger, people are often forced to stay in the open air - there are not enough shelters. Another interlocutor The Insider, who lives in Belgorod itself, noted that the homeless people settled in the concrete shelters installed on the streets of the city, which creates inconvenience at the time of danger. Another resident of the city complained that near the educational and sports complex Svetlana Khorkina there are not enough shelters for children who return from classes, but at the same time called the situation “generally calm”.
