In Rostov-on-Don, the residents of the collapsed hostel on Narimanov Street 72/3 made a third attempt to return their things that remained there but were detained by the police, writes the Telegram channel “Says the non-shock”. In general, ten former residents tried to penetrate the emergency building.
The first "assault" occurred on May 9. After the second incident, the authorities ordered to brew the front doors, install a metal fence and organize round -the -clock protection.
It is reported that people decided on the third attempt due to the lack of actions by the authorities. Compensations and payments turned out to be minimal, so tenants seek to save at least the remaining property - household appliances and clothes.
According to the former resident of the hostel of Elena Varchenko, the men prepared in advance, armed with instruments, and cut off the fence overlapping the entrance to the building. About ten people were detained by the police who arrived, planted in autosaks and taken away. Currently, the detainees are in the police, there is no connection with them and it is still unknown which charges have been against them.
The hostel of the Rososter plant partially collapsed on January 27. The head of the city administration, Alexei Logvinenko, promised the residents to provide access to personal things for three months, but the local authorities did not do this, explaining the ban on the risk of re -collapse. At the same time, the looters were able to get into the building, and things from many rooms were stolen.
