The United States imposed sanctions against the International Silk Road and Bulat Yanborisov, the defendants in the investigation of The Insider, dedicated to how the Russian GRU uses this rally to cover its operations. These restrictions became part of a large packet of restrictions, which was published on June 12, the American Ministry of Finance.

As part of the investigation, it was found that Yanborisov, the head of the Silkway Rally, actively interacts with the GRU and was awarded the Order of Alexander Nevsky for his activities. It is associated with GRU employees involved in poisoning and explosions in Europe.
