Alexey Malevany received 300 hours of community service.
On June 17, 2024, a court in Volgograd sentenced Alexei Malevany in the case of an attack in late January on a teenager who reprimanded neo-Nazis for shouting Nazi slogans and demonstrating a Nazi salute. During the fight, Malevany and his accomplice broke the schoolboy's nose.
Malevan's trial began in May 2024. The neo-Nazi was found guilty under paragraph "b" of Part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code (intentional infliction of minor bodily harm motivated by political, ideological, racial, national or religious hatred). The court sentenced him to 300 hours of community service.
On June 18, 2024, Malevany deleted his Telegram channel.
Malevany is known in far-right circles under the name Alexey Monakhov. He participated in marches organized by the Russian National Sunrise . In his Telegram channel, he posted videos of fake dates in the spirit of Maxim (Tesak) Martsinkevich. (For example, on May 2, a video appeared in far-right Telegram channels showing an attack on a foreign student on a fake date : a group of six young people led by Monakhov lured a student from Sri Lanka to a fake date with a young girl and beat him up). In his Telegram channel, Monakhov raised funds for the neo-Nazi from the "Combat Terrorist Organization" Alexey Voevodin , praised Pyotr Krasnov and the "national socialist figure" Tesak .
Earlier, Aleksey Malevany was brought to administrative responsibility for pasting stickers with Nazi symbols at the Komsomolskaya public transport stop. The Central District Court sentenced him to 10 days of administrative arrest.
