The Netherlands beat Turkey in the 1/4 finals of the European Football Championship

The Netherlands team prevailed over the Turkish team with a score of 2: 1 in the 1/4 match of the European Football Championship-2024. Thus, the pairs of the semi-finals of the championship-Spain-France and the Netherlands-English were determined.

All the first half of the match, the Dutch yielded with a score of 0: 1 and only in the second half they equalized the score. The autogol of the Turkish defender Mert Muldur became decisive.

Earlier, France beat Portugal with a score of 5: 3 in a penalty shootout (the main and added time ended with a score of 0: 0). Thus, all participants in the semi -finals of the European Championship were decided: on July 9, Spain and France will play, and on July 10 - the Netherlands and England.
