"Agency" found a list of Russians who left the country in one of the aggregators of the merged databases

One of the services for finding information in merged bases compiled a list of Russians who left the country in 2022–2024, the Agency found out . There are collected data about those who left the country after the outbreak of war, mobilization and rebellion of Evgeny Prigozhin. The departed those who left are also those who later returned to the country or return from time to time.

"Agency" does not call the service. The base is called "those who left the Russian Federation 2022–2024." In each card of the base - the name of the left, the date of birth, the date, direction and “reason” of departure from the country (“beginning of my”, “announcement of mobilization”, “rebellion of the PMC Wagner”).

The Support Service “Agency” explained that “this array was formed from the lists of airlines, persons who left the country for more than two months, when it began, mobilization and the advance of Prigozhin.”

“Information about individuals who left the country's borders on foot, sea, automobile, we have also taken into account,” the agency journalist addressed as a client said.

The base was formed by the employees of the aggregator. The source of the service refused to call the data source.

The Agency checked about 10 people who left Russia in 2022 and 2023. Journalists found in the base those who left in 2022 and no longer returned to the country or returned later than two months. At the same time, there were no two people who left Russia and returned back to less than two months. In two cases, the database had a clear error with the determination of the time of departure. The cards said that people left the country due to the rebellion, which happened a year after their departure, the publication notes.

The Agency notes that it does not have information about when the base of those who left the country was formed, but suggests that it has been created in the last three months.

Journalists recall that flowing databases can be used for repression. For example, in 2021 in Moscow, employees of government agencies were massively dismissed, whose data was found in the merged database of Freedom Navalny.
