The parents of nine -graders from Nalchik drew up administrative protocols for violating the official use of the Russian anthem. This was reported by the Telegram channel Mash Gor.

The channel published a video from graduation at school No. 33 of Nalchik, which shows how several people sit in chairs during the anthem. According to Mash Gor, among them is the head of the RusHydro department, the wife of the head coach of the Russian team in judo and the wife of a large developer of Kabardino-Balkaria.

The protocol was drawn up under an administrative article on a violation of the procedure for using the anthem of Russia. The maximum punishment for citizens under this article is a fine of up to three thousand rubles, the channel reports.
