100 thousand rubles will pay students from Karelia to give birth instead of studying

In Karelia, students of local universities and colleges will pay a one -time payment of 100 thousand rubles for the birth of a child. For such a bill was voted by the Committee on Health and Social Policy of the Parliament of Karelia.

Money will be able to receive girls under 25 years old, who constantly live in Karelia and study in person at local universities or colleges. Separately stipulates that if a student gives birth to a dead child, she will not receive money.

Among the authors of the bill are the head of Karelia Arthur Parfyonchikov, the chairman of the legislative assembly of the republic Elissan Shandalovich, deputies from United Russia, the LDPR, the Party of Pensioners and the New People. They plan to spend 5.4 million rubles on the implementation of the bill. Money will begin to be transferred from January 1, 2025.

Earlier it became known that Russia was preparing a bill on the prohibition of the “CHILDFRI ideology”, this was announced by the deputy head of the Ministry of Justice Vsevolod Vukolov, calling a conscious refusal to have children “extremist directed”. Vladimir Putin, in his next May decree , determining the “national goals of development” of Russia, instructed to increase the birth rate. The average number of children per woman from the current 1.41 should grow to 1.6 to 2030, and to 1.8-to 2036.
