The Novosibirsk Regional Court has considered the regional Ministry of Health's appeal against the district court's decision to uphold the claim of Tatyana Drozdova, a patient with a rare disease, to be provided with medication. This was reported by the press service of the regional courts.
The court of first instance ordered officials to provide Drozdova with the drug Rekovi (Elapegademaze-IvIr) (Revkovi) free of charge for life-saving reasons until it is cancelled for medical reasons.
Tatyana Drozdova is the only woman in Russia with combined immune deficiency whowas able to live to adulthood with this disease.
