Administrative cases under Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. August 2024

Due to the increase in the number of administrative cases under Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda and public display of Nazi symbols and symbols of prohibited organizations), we are combining similar cases for each month into a single list.

• On August 7, 2024, the Sinarsky District Court of Kamensk-Uralsky fined prisoner Andrei Morozov 1,000 rubles for displaying his own tattoo with Nazi symbols.
• On August 7, 2024, the Sinarsky District Court of Kamensk-Uralsky fined prisoner Alexander Fursov 1,000 rubles for displaying his own tattoo with Nazi symbols.
• On August 7, 2024, the Sinarsky District Court of Kamensk-Uralsky fined prisoner Stanislav Kondratyev 1,000 rubles for displaying his own tattoo with Nazi symbols.
• On August 7, 2024, the Sinarsky District Court of Kamensk-Uralsky fined prisoner Alexander Istomin 1,000 rubles for displaying his own tattoo with Nazi symbols.

• On August 7, 2024, the Sinarsky District Court of Kamensk-Uralsky fined prisoner Alexander Lyadkov 1,000 rubles for displaying his own tattoo with Nazi symbols.

• On August 1, 2024, the Feodosia City Court of the Republic of Crimea fined Maksim Knysh 2,000 rubles. According to the court, Knysh openly displayed his own tattoo with Nazi symbols on his right shoulder. The expert opinion was signed by the director of the Feodosia Museum of Antiquities.
