On July 10, 2024, it became known that the Petrogradsky District Court of St. Petersburg terminated proceedings on the case under Article 20.2.2 (organization of a mass presence of citizens in public places, resulting in a violation of public order) against the priest of the Apostolic Orthodox Church Grigory Mikhnov-Vaitenko.
Let us recall that the priest was detained on February 17 while attempting to conduct a memorial service for Alexei Navalny.
The case was closed due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
