The market for children's additional education is growing mainly due to the provision of installments to customers. This conclusion was reached by analysts of the T-Raskrochka service, writes Forbes.
According to the study, in the second half of 2023, an additional children's education was issued 33% more installments than in the same period of 2022. And in the first half of this year - 42% more in annual terms.
As Forbes notes, in two years, the turnover of funds in the installment plan has increased more than doubled. At the same time, the number of transactions for paying for additional classes in schools without installments decreased: in the second half of 2023 - by 2%, and in the first half of this year - by 10%.

The results of a survey of analysts of the T-Rasksrochka service showed that since 2022, monthly expenses for additional children's education have increased by 14%-from 10,773 rubles in June 2022 to 14,349 rubles in June 2024. And the average check, when paying for the installment plan in 2024, amounted to almost 50 thousand rubles.
As the main reason for paying for educational services in installments, 15% of respondents called a lack of money and reluctance to take loans. The same number of parents could pay the entire amount at once, but they decided that payment for parts would be more convenient. At the same time, almost 80% of respondents said that classes at school are not enough for a full -fledged education of the child.
