Six new lawsuits have been filed against rapper and producer P Diddy. He is accused of rape and forced drug taking

At least six new lawsuits were filed Monday in Manhattan federal court against producer and rapper Sean Combs, known as P Diddy. He is accused of systematic sex trafficking, violence and racketeering, CBS News reports . The lawsuits were filed anonymously by two women and four men.

One of the male plaintiffs, who lives in North Carolina, claims the rapper "fondled his genitals" at one of his famous Long Island parties in 1998. The plaintiff was 16 years old at that time. According to him, during conversations with Combs about how he could break into the music industry, he made him take off his pants and said that in this way performers undergo a “rite of passage.” The plaintiff agreed out of “fear, anxiety and a power imbalance,” only later realizing that he had experienced sexualized violence.

Other lawsuits filed Monday include allegations of rape, forced oral sex and forced drug use to render a person helpless. One of the women says Combs raped her in a locked hotel room in 2004 after inviting her and a friend to a party where he got them drunk and demanded they snort cocaine. According to her, the rapper also forced her friend to perform oral sex on him, threatening to kill both of them if they disagreed. Another woman accuses Combs of sexually assaulting her in a bathroom in 2005. She tried to run away, but he caught up with her. After the rape, he demanded that she remain silent about what happened, otherwise she would “disappear.” Two other men who filed lawsuits accuse the rapper of drugging their drinks at parties and then forcing them to have sex.

The trial of P Diddy, also known as Puff Daddy in the 90s, will begin in the spring of 2025; he was arrested in September. More than 120 private lawsuits have already been filed against him, accusing him of harassment, sexualized and physical violence, blackmail and threats. 25 of the plaintiffs were minors at the time, one of them was only nine years old. According to the plaintiffs' lawyers, when the names of their charges are revealed, it will "shock everyone."

P Diddy denies all charges except for beating his girlfriend Cassie Ventura at a hotel in 2016, which was caught on video. In turn, his lawyer, commenting on the trial, said that all the described cases were “by mutual consent.”
