The Kuzminsky District Court of Moscow sent Valentina Semenova, accused of setting the door of the military registration and enlistment office on fire, for compulsory treatment. This was reported by Mediazona, which discovered a case file mentioning the punishment for Semenova on the court’s website.
In August 2023, as reported by the pro-government Telegram channel Mash, a pensioner who threw a Molotov cocktail at the doors of the military registration and enlistment office on Zelenodolskaya Street in Moscow was detained by employees of the Russian Guard. The fire was quickly extinguished.
Initially, the case was investigated under the article of hooliganism committed with the use of weapons (Part 2 of Article 213), the woman was placed under house arrest. Subsequently, the charge was reclassified to Part 2 of Art. 167 (deliberate damage to property for hooligan reasons).
