A resident of Perm is accused of publishing xenophobic materials on a social network.
On November 28, 2024, the Russian FSB Directorate for the Perm Territory reported that a resident of Perm, suspected under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activities).
According to the department, he “posted materials on social networks containing signs of incitement to commit acts of a violent nature against a group of people united by nationality.”
