Administrative cases under Art. 20.3.1 Code of Administrative Offences. December 2024

After the partial decriminalization of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code, a new article has appeared in the Code of Administrative Offenses - 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (incitement of hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity). We collect the decisions made on it into a single list on a monthly basis.

• On December 5, 2024, the Miass City Court of the Chelyabinsk Region fined Olga Kurbatova 10 thousand rubles for publishing on VKontakte a freely accessible commentary on the post “In Moscow, a migrant killed a motorcyclist because of a remark about improper parking...”. The comment was directed against natives of the Caucasus and Central Asia.
