On December 11, 2024, the Moscow District Court of Kazan sentenced under Art. 329 (abuse of the state flag of the Russian Federation) and paragraph "a" part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (excitement of national hatred).
Due to the minor age of the defendant, the process was closed.
According to the investigation, a student in October 2023, using his account in the Telegram messenger under the nickname TOSJA in a closed group, which included 109 participants, left numerous comments, including that representatives of other nationalities and nationalities (primarily the Russian population) deserve “more than pigs” (quote: some are simply possible Casting or deporting. In addition, a teenager in the presence of several people tore the flag of Russia into two parts.
The teenager fully pleaded guilty to the crimes incriminated to him. At the time of the detention, the defendant was 16 years old, he studied in the last grade of the school. In 2023 he entered the KFU at the Institute of Management, Economics and Finance.
Employees of the Investigative Committee detained him in one of the apartments of Kazan, along with two associates-a student at the KFU and students of the 11-class one of the Kazan schools. The detainees planned to conduct a march for the department of Tatarstan from Russia. However, this did not fall into the materials.
