The Primorsky oppositionist and Politzek Artem Samsonov almost died in a prison hospital. After a hype in the press, he did a difficult operation

By current standards, Artem Samsonov is an atypical political prisoner. His criminal case, strange and far -fetched, is not connected with the "fakes" about his. The deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Primorye, a member of the Communist Party and one of the most famous oppositionists of the region, he was arrested in November 2021. The pretext was that Samsonov, being in the company of adults, supposedly picked up the phalloimitator in the presence of the child and spoke about the purpose of this subject. For this (and nothing more!) He was given 13 years in a maximum security colony. Despite all the evidence of innocence, the openly delusional testimony of witnesses of the prosecution and even their personal hostility against Samsonov, the Soviet District Court of Vladivostok in September 2022 issued a conviction under the village of Part 4 of Art. 132 of the Criminal Code (other actions of a sexual nature using the helpless state of the victim, committed in relation to a person who has not reached the age of 14). All further appeals of the sentence did not take the results. In fact, the arrest surprisingly occurred exactly after the triumphal results of the Communist Party in the elections in the PC of 2021, Artem's attempts to fight against large -scale falsifications, as well as a year and a half before the presidential election and two - before the governor.

On January 16, Artem Samsonov survived a serious heart operation, which preceded the months of struggle and bullying in a prison hospital. He was allowed to be treated at the FEFU medical center. Cardiac surgeons of the clinic replaced a completely destroyed aortic valve. After 10 days in a normal hospital ward, he was returned back to the GUFSIN hospital. "New" talks about the political path of Artem Samsonov and about what they want to squeeze from the light for him.

Activist

A graduate of the Far Eastern State Technical University, a mathematician by profession, Samsonov worked as a computer science teacher in the 90s for a couple of years, then he was a programmer, developed software for servicing bank cards. And at the dawn of the development of electronic systems, he founded its own small company Pioneer, which was engaged in setting up 1C programs for commercial enterprises.

In parallel with work in the Pioneer, he traded CD- and DVDs and established an anti-pirate society in Primorye. The spiteful people wrote that the public organization was created not so much in order to defend copyrights, but in order to get rid of competitors. However, Artem Samsonov even received gratitude from the police for the copyright protection activities.

December 14, 2008. Thousands of Primorsysk residents go from the S-56 submarine on the Ship embankment, through the administration building (the then mayor Pushkarev comes out and supports them in a word), then block the main transport artery of Vladivostok-the Nekrasovsky overpass. The movement for several hours is blocked, the picketers pass only emergency services. The convoy of motorists is moving to the airport, there is also a spontaneous rally with roads. So the public reacts to the next “brilliant” attempt by the government to support the domestic auto industry - an almost double increase in the import duties of used foreign cars. Someone, perhaps, doesn’t care, but not the Far East, where half of the business is imprisoned for the selection, import, repair and maintenance of Japanese.

As it is already now, all this fuss with duties did not kill the “right steering wheel”. But no one went to fulfill the requirements of the people. On December 20, 2008, another mass rally was held on the central square of the city. 600 people with posters sang songs for two hours. They decided to repeat the peaceful action the next day. And on December 21, the protesters already without banners and slogans again went to the square, where they simply drove a round dance around the Christmas tree.

The Primorsky riot police, led by Magomed Labazanov, then refused to beat the inhabitants of the region, and the police reacted relatively loyal to the protesters. But if they do not want “their own”, there will always be “strangers” - a “bison” detachment was transferred from the Moscow Region to Vladivostok. The "bison" beat the participants of the action, random passers -by, journalists. Later, of course, the prosecutor’s office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs did not find any violations.

The wave of those rallies of many brought into politics. Including Artem Samsonov. In 2008, in fact, his “Career of the opposition” began. Outraged young people gather around the Communist Party (then it was still very protest) and Yabloko (which was never particularly quoted in Primorye, but the initiatives often defended the funeral ones) and organize the movement of the tiger - the partnership of initiative citizens. Artem Samsonov is one of his leaders.

Under the auspices of the Tiger and the Communist Party of the Protest of motorists, albeit not so massive, continue in 2009. When the January procession along the Svetlanskaya, Central Street of Vladivostok, the authorities and security forces are trying to disperse, deputies from the Communist Party (Samsonov is not yet a deputy, he just joined the party, but among the protesters in the forefront), the columns are headed by the column, protecting their people “ deputy inviolability. Samsonov’s path in public politics begins fervently. Literally from a shovel. In 2010, Samsonov became the organizer of a huge rally - “Anger Day”, against “United Russia”, increasing prices and duties, from Putin’s government, from 400 to 5,000 people gathered in the central square (police data against various estimates (data against various estimates. And much later, in 2017, 2018, 2021, Artem Samsonov and his comrades will help the detainees at the rallies of Alexei Navalny, and his supporters will act as observers from the Communist Party in the elections throughout the region and, “interrupted”, join the Komsomol. Or even to be elected by deputies to the City Duma, as the former head of the headquarters of Navalny ** in Vladivostok, and now the emigrant Yuri Kuchin.

Samsonov always participated in protests. And when it was relatively possible, and when the security forces were already fierce, he went out onto the streets, stood in pickets. He was beaten and delayed, they wrote about him. Gradually, the Primorski began to recognize politics. It is not surprising that with such a track record of civil activity, Artem began to quickly rise along the party line. First, he worked as an assistant to the deputy, led as the chief of the campaign headquarters to the city mandate Oleg Velgodsky (who later crosses and become an ardent united by Russia-Putinist). And then he himself went to the deputies and won not anyhow, but a single -mandate district in the elections to the Legislative Assembly of Primorye in 2011.

Since then, the PC is not boring in the PC. Whatever the meeting - Samsonov made up questions, sometimes quarreled with opponents from EP, up to the disconnection of the microphone. All this joyfully picked up the media, both independent and deduced by power.

During these 10 years, for which Samsonov-deputy did not fight. For direct elections of mayors, against pension reform, for the abolition of the mandatory installation of Era-Glonass modules, he initiated the resignation of the speaker Alexander Rolik (former Ephesians and drug police, general, vice-governor, and now Senator from Primorye), for the return of trams and the return of trams and now round -the -clock pharmacies to the streets of the city. To unsuccessfully, of course, and in the case of trams, this is even good.

The struggle for the uninterrupted provision of disabled people with preferential medicines, for the rights of deceived equity holders, for housing for orphans, for benefits for children of war, against illegal construction projects was relatively good. With equity holders, orphans and children of war - here, of course, the governor Oleg Kozhemyako solved the problem, but certainly no one would have paid attention to these citizens if it were not for the permanent rallies of the Communists. It was Samsonov who was loudly indignant at the fact that billions are allocated from the regional budget for the completion of five-star hotels under the code name “Hayatta” (they, however, wanted to build them for the APEC-2012 summit under this brand, then sold for nothing and not so long ago completed, but they completed them, but they were completed, but Already for the money of the oligarch Deripaska). The money, as it is easy to guess, did not stop allocating.

From the successful - he helped the walrus, making amendments to cancel the responsibility for bathing in the winter. On his initiative, it is now possible to change the flat roof to the pitched, as part of the overhaul.

At the beginning of the Covid epidemic, Samsonov handed out masks to residents of Vladivostok and hospitals.

But the main thing is, of course, construction. In general, in Vladivostok, for the construction of large residential complexes or shopping centers of the Earth, frankly, there are few. The story of the detention of Samsonov on Chamora, the popular Vladivostok beach, in August 2012, was well dispersed. They coated with clay with a friend, put on loincloths and sailed on a boat to meet wives and children - so they decided to celebrate Neptune's Day.

Actually, it was pretty fun until the moment, the police were delayed in that bandage and with a spear at that dressing and with a spear. By and large, for nothing. The handcuffs were put on him, taken to the department, and there they kept several hours there. Then they reported to the ethics commissions. And it seems to be all, but not all: much later, Samsonov’s photograph in a loincloth and with a small button phone in his hand will put Irina Safonova to his denunciation, claiming that the deputy is in the hand of the deputy ... the phallimitator. Gradually, Samsonov began to match the image of the deputy a little more. I was no longer photographed in the negligence, I did not let go of ambiguous jokes. But for example, he could declare a hunger strike in protest against something very bad. As, for example, in September 2018, after the elections canceled in Primorye, in which the Communist Party candidate Andrei Ishchenko actually won. Artem hung a poster “Hunger for fair elections” on his X-Trail SUV and was starving for several days. In contrast, by the way, from Ishchenko himself, whose hunger strikes declared in the morning lasted before dinner.

Political prisoner

Artyom Samsonov wrote about the criminal case “New” more than once. In short, the situation looks like this. Artem's father, a famous Primorsky scientist, for a long time organized a tent camp for friends on Shamor. Free. Among his own he was called "Cuba."

At some point, Anatoly Samsonov moved away from business, and Artem began to engage in Cuba. Friends came, friends of friends. At some point, Irina Safonova appeared on Cuba. She and Artem were at first friends, and then parted on personal and financial issues.

Irina advocated that the “Cuba” became paid, and tried with all her might to take control of the camp for herself. By the way, she succeeded - in 2018, Samsonov retired, mainly engaged in the election campaign of Ishchenko, accompanied by children to the North Korean camp and his health.

The relationship became more and more stretched. Conflicts continued. Yes, such that Safonova wrote in 2018 a denunciation - Putin, Volodina, Zyuganov and the Legislative Assembly of Primorye. And in 2021 it rolled it again. Paper is at the disposal of Novaya Gazeta. But its content is so delusional that it was simply lowered on the brakes.

Irina wrote that she loves Russia and Putin very much. But the rallies do not like. But Samsonov campaigned for Navalny and the overthrow of power by force. When she refused and ceased communication with Samsonov, he began to pack. To come to the camp (the money built on her with friends!), To arrange drunken brawls and pogroms, walked around the camp exclusively naked, including children, and put on swimming trunks only on the occasion of the arrival of police officers.

And so she complains of the exhibitionist and Gaia Samsonov, and now there. In 2021, he was nominated to the State Duma, and Safonova was horrified: such a reptile, so high! In general, he is very bad, pay attention. And even an epilogue composed. Like, we do not want to discredit the Communist Party, but Samsonov is very terrible - here is his photographs, look! The “daughter of the family of officers” at first seemed just a sweet fool. All the "Cubans", who was in the chat of the camp, and themselves had the pleasure of seeing her topless dances. No one particularly showed indignation or surprise when she brought the phalloimitator to the camp. The woman was photographed a lot with the rubber member (including in rather unambiguous poses), left him in sight, he was seen, touched and painted by the children. Pictures and videos are in chats, chats were considered in court.

And then Artyom Samsonov was planted for the fact that he (a quote from the official press release of the UK), “being on the territory of the recreation center in the area of ​​Lazurnaya Street in the city of Vladivostok, when communicating with an 11-year-old child, showed him an intimate object and brought him Information about its purpose. " One of the main witnesses of the prosecution was Irina Safonova. And as if the injured boy, S.K., is the son of the former partner of Irina, Nikolai K. In December, the boy was already 18 years old, and he, in principle, could take off the stone from his soul and tell the truth.

Whatever happened during the preliminary investigation and court! Witnesses were confused in the testimony. It turned out (immediately) that the boy’s mother had no idea that something had happened to him. According to her, S. never remembered and did not talk about the incident, behaved as usual, but did not live with his father at all, just spent time. The representative of the boy - Nikolai K. - was at the same time a witness to the prosecution, so he was present at all meetings and miraculously changed his testimony.

Lawyers began by proved: mainly in the period indicated by the investigation, Artem was not at all in the “Cuba”. They attached billing, tickets, certificates, sick leave. And when he was, then there was no boy and dad - they put a tent later and, according to the initial testimony of Nikolai, only once. True, he listened to Samsonov’s evidence and began to claim that he put the tent, then removed it, then put it again ... And the fact that there is no photo in any photo is okay.

В августе 2023 года правозащитный проект «Поддержка политзаключенных. Мемориал»* заявил, что считает Артема Самсонова политзэком, и потребовал отмены вынесенного приговора и пересмотра дела с соблюдением всех стандартов правосудия и учетом доводов защиты. А уже год спустя в Ленинский райсуд Владивостока Артем Самсонов подал заявление с тем, чтобы его признали пострадавшим от политического преследования. По информации пресс-службы КПРФ в Госдуме, такое в юридической практике в новейшей истории России случилось впервые.

Соцсети Самсонов вести всегда умел, еще начиная с ЖЖ. Сидя в СИЗО и в колонии, Артем с помощью родных продолжил писать в телеграм-канал «Депутат Самсонов». Там он рассказывает о жизни в неволе (ледяные камеры в изоляторе, крысы, борьба за холодильник, продукты, прогулки и книги) и о других заключенных, сравнивает ИК в Волчанце и Спасске-Дальнем, высказывается об исторических личностях и прочитанных книгах, даже делится рецептами . Депутат в тюрьме даже начал учить испанский и получил диплом повара.

«Дипломная работа у меня по трем блюдам: суп харчо, перец фаршированный и рыба под маринадом. Дома ничего из этого ни разу не готовил. Суп харчо у нас не в ходу, а перец и рыбу под маринадом у меня жена замечательно делает, без сопливых обходится. Правда, перец, фаршированный пайковыми тефтелями, я готовил несколько раз в СИЗО, для тюрьмы очень даже ничего блюдо.

Что еще интересно. У меня два высших образования, за свою жизнь написал множество курсовых и две дипломные работы защитил, но ни разу не приходилось писать ручкой, всегда все делал на компьютере. И вот уже в расцвете лет пишу работу ручкой, линуя листы карандашом и линейкой», — рассказывает канал «Депутат Самсонов».

В «телеге» поначалу выкладывались даже ходы шахматной партии Артема с братом Сашей. Играли по переписке, народ в комментариях давал ценные советы обоим.

«Совсем недавно я вел здесь, в колонии, шахматный кружок. В феврале мне сказали, что его вести не надо, и теперь у нас в колонии шахматный кружок есть только номинально, то есть он как бы есть, но его нет. Это, кстати, плохо, отсутствие кружковой деятельности говорит о том, что у нашего государства нет цели перевоспитывать заключенных», — написал Артем 20 июля 2024 года.

Книги для Самсонова — вообще особая история. Он и на воле много читал, а в колонии это осталось едва ли не единственной отдушиной. Кроме шахматного кружка, вел и литературный, заведовал библиотекой.

«Полгода я вел в колонии шахматный и литературный кружки. Заказывал шахматные учебники, чтобы разбирать знаменитые партии и решать шахматные задачи, покупал шоколадки, чтобы мотивировать участников литературных викторин. Думаете, меня за это поощрили? By no means. За кружковую работу мне объявили взыскание. Дали выговор за то, что я возвращался в отряд из библиотеки, где проводил кружок, без сопровождения сотрудника. На мои возражения, каким образом мне покидать собрание кружка, мне сказали, чтобы я кружки не вел, тогда и нарушений не будет».

Узнав про работу политика в библиотеке, многие приморцы стали собирать для него и других заключенных книги. А чтобы было куда их ставить, Артем добавил стеллажей. Вот только по требованию прокуратуры от этого труда Самсонова отстранили, потому что там ставки нет, а соответственно, и зарплаты (в отличие от котельной и столовой, но в них места уже заняты «кем надо»). Так он и не просил.

Прокуратура вообще Самсонова любит. Чего только стоит взыскание за висящую на спинке кровати форменную тужурку! А где ей еще висеть? Никто не знает, в правилах внутреннего распорядка это не написано. Но прокурор вот считает, что на табуретке. Вроде бы и чушь, но наличие взыскания для зэка означает, что ему запретят поощрение в виде дополнительной передачки или свидания.

Год назад у Артема Самсонова заболело сердце. Болело долго, в больницу на территории СИЗО-1 Владивостока его отправили только в конце июля. Там он первое время посидел не только без обследования, КТ и консультаций профильных специалистов, но и вообще без таблеток и свежего воздуха. Забрали все лекарства и витамины, которые даже в колонии строгого режима были разрешены. В том числе таблетки от подагры, которые Самсонов 10 лет принимает. Зато тараканы там были, прям полчища, жаловался пациент.

«Забрали витамины Оptimen, а получать витамины по-другому не получается, потому что по неведомой причине запрещено передавать в тюремную больницу овощи. Забрали лекарство от грибка, обещают, что придет дерматолог, но как может прийти тот, кого нет? При этом мне приносят новые таблетки от давления, которое никто не измеряет. А мой тонометр, который был со мной в СИЗО и в колонии, тоже забрали. Сказали, что иметь тонометр в больнице запрещено, наверное, чтобы не жаловался на то, что от принимаемых таблеток у меня колотится сердце и болит голова. Хотя все равно пожаловаться никому нельзя, потому что врачебный обход здесь отсутствует в принципе. Это парадокс и нонсенс — назначать новые таблетки от давления без контроля давления». Здесь даже на прогулку из палаты больных не отпускали.

В больницу его отправили на обследование по поводу новообразования, которое обнаружилось еще летом 2023 года при отправке в колонию, просто о нем никто не сообщил. Онкология у Артема уже была, в детстве. Ему тогда вырезали опухоль, остался заметный шрам на полгруди (кстати, когда мальчишка давал показания, утверждал, что у мужчины, который якобы показывал ему фаллоимитатор, нет никаких шрамов). Тогда и химиотерапию проводили. Он периодически наблюдался, проходил обследования — с тюремным сроком все это закончилось.

Поэтому, когда сердце заболело, врачи в колонии взяли снимки, подняли документы и увидели новообразование (скрытое при переводе из СИЗО в ИК), сразу же стали добиваться, чтобы Артема перевели в тюремную больницу.

А начальником ФКУ КБ ГУФСИН по Приморскому краю по иронии судьбы служит Сергей Сергеевич Кадач, бывший сотрудник центра «Э», с которым Самсонов «имел радость» пересекаться во время своей протестной деятельности.

Городское отделение КПРФ во главе с ныне исключенным из партии депутатом Заксобрания Александром Сустовым забило тревогу. Подключились депутаты Госдумы Сергей Обухов, Юрий Афонин, Алексей Корниенко.

В итоге его все же вывезли под конвоем на обследования в городские клиники и не нашли онкологии: на снимках — простая киста аккурат на месте операции. Беда, как оказалось, в другом. Эхокардиография, проведенная в краевой больнице, показала, что у Артема полностью разрушен аортальный клапан сердца. Он регулирует кровоток между желудочком и аортой. Сердечная недостаточность второй степени. Скорее всего, вызвано это инфекционным эндокардитом — в колонии политик подхватил инфекцию, лежал несколько дней с температурой под сорок, еле выкарабкался.

Кроме болей в сердце, появилась одышка при ходьбе, Самсонов стал все хуже ходить, задыхаться… Жена Ольга начала договариваться о проведении ему операции по замене аортального клапана в Медцентре ДВФУ (операции такой сложности во Владивостоке делают исключительно там). Вот только вместо больницы Самсонова сначала отправили обратно в колонию. И есть подозрения, что назад бы не взяли, если бы не многочисленные письма тех же депутатов Обухова, Корниенко, Зюганова в ГУФСИН, уполномоченному по правам человека, заявления в СМИ.

30 октября Самсонова вернули в тюремную больницу. И началась новая борьба, как в СИЗО.

«За три года, проведенные здесь, я потерял 20 кг, приобрел порок сердца, испортил желудок. Мне прописана диета № 5 — это пятиразовое питание, включающее овощи, но меня опять закрыли в камере, в которой нет ни холодильника, ни телевизора. Только сейчас передачу можно делать раз в три месяца. Также по непонятной мне причине в тюремную больницу запрещено передавать элементарные овощи: салат, капусту, огурцы, помидоры, свеклу. В больничном же меню из овощей есть только картошка с капустой, и то в вареном виде в супе. Пятиразового питания нет и не предвидится, чтобы как-то его себе обеспечить, просто необходим холодильник, чтобы можно было хранить продукты, купленные раз в неделю в магазине. Однако холодильник опять не дают. Стойкое убеждение, что просто издеваются и это добавляет сотрудникам ФСИН удовольствие. Что же, буду писать, добиваться. Только жаль, что сейчас у меня, возможно, уже нет восьми месяцев».

Пятиразовое питание ему таки обеспечили. Добавили второй завтрак (хлеб с маслом и чай) и полдник (хлеб и чай), не овощи, конечно.

С телевизором вообще смешно получилось — его унесли за пару дней до прибытия Самсонова, потому что техника якобы сломалась. Родственники купили новый и хотели передать — не взяли под предлогом того, что в нем есть выход в интернет (нет) и USB-порты (их выпаяли). Вернуть в больничную камеру телевизор у ФСИН потребовала прокуратура, ее заверили, что все выполнено. Но увы: члены ОНК с проверкой приходили — не было телика.

Перед визитом прокурора «окно в мир» в палату Самсонова повесили. Только его самого перевели в другое отделение, для ВИЧ-инфицированных. При этом у Артема такого диагноза нет.

Еще у Самсонова не было телефонной связи. Платные звонки ограниченному списку абонентов через аппарат «ЗонаТелеком» предусмотрены законом. В тюремной больнице терминал установлен в отделении и в каждом запираемом помещении. Так вот, телефон в камере ВИЧ-отделения у него сломался — жена оставила заявку на ремонт еще 30 ноября, безрезультатно. Дошло до того, что Артема просто не выводили звонить. Пообщаться с женой дозволили только после того, как местные журналисты подняли шум.

Шумиха в медиаполе и депутатская активность Самсонову действительно немного помогают. 16 января в Медцентре ДВФУ ему провели операцию по протезированию аортального клапана. Она длилась 5 часов и прошла успешно. Артема перевели в палату, где с ним вместе находятся сотрудники ФСИН.

В понедельник, 27 января, Самсонова перевели из ДВФУ в тюремную больницу.
