In general, Nikita announced the first hunger strike immediately after the verdict issued on February 10, 2022-in the Kansk SIZO-5. He held four days. A couple of days before the deadline, Anna called to sign up in the colony and asked to see if Nikita was in place, not in a schizo. They answered: on the spot. On that day, Vasin arrived in the colony in the morning, the employee promised to bring Nikita, but as a result, he did not go out, and another employee, announced: “Operational events. After lunch. In the local colonies, in fact, they are fighting with two ideologies: AUE* and radical Islamism. The latter to Nikita is nothing. So? .. The rest of the spectrum, political subtleties mean nothing and do not interest anyone, no one believes in re -education. Technologically, the mechanism is simple: you violate the mode - it means that you strive for the “Denilov” camp, to the thieves, and they begin to break you. And if you also criticize the system ... Then we were called to the operative, brought into the office in turn. The operative asked me about a neighbor. I said that everything is fine with him, but he tells me about AUE. And he was soon transplanted from me.
Then, when I spoke with the kid from the KVK, he said that Vitaly was sitting for bookmarks, and that then, in the summer of 2020, he left for an adult colony. The teachers also spoke about him. And so I realized that he was already an adult at the moment when I was imprisoned with him. I am all to the fact that the boy grew up not just absolutely uncriminal, no tendencies to unlawful actions, no impulsiveness, obsessive ideas, hostility to people - he was aware of where evil, and was not ready to put up. And actively rejected the criminal subculture. I never refused to study and work, and these are the problems of the colony, that there really could not organize either one or the other. Nikita is not employed, receives another vocational education. In the chosen (back in the KVK, with the presentation of prison teachers), the college has been paid for the college, but it is impossible to study: you need access to the computer, many programs, no one goes to IK-31, so the college still believes that the student is Uvarov in an unlimited academic allowance.
Nikita submitted an application for the retake of the exam (in the KVK he handed over Russian and mathematics for four, social studies - for Troyak, did not have two points, Vasin: “To pass the“ society ”, you need to live in society”). In a letter to Anna Nikita recently said that the teachers allocated the premises to him and provided textbooks. But, as we see, a certain responsible person in the colony considers reading textbooks by privilege, which can be deprived.

For some reason, I recall a long-standing conversation of a colleague and my senior comrade Pavel Gutionov with one of the most successful detectives of the country and, perhaps, the leading criminologist of the late USSR-Lieutenant General Carpets. Nikita went to prison at the age of 14 (without killing anyone without robbing, without breaking). He grew up and matured behind bars. Now he is nineteen.

Что сказал Никита фсиновскому психологу, напутствуя воспитанников КВК? Факт: столь же откровенный рассказ, что записал по нашей просьбе независимый психолог Щербаков, больше невозможен в принципе. Зэкам нельзя этим делиться.
Когда Щербаков разговаривал, АУЕ еще можно было обсуждать , публично искать меры противодействия, его еще не заклеймили — сверху и снизу: с одной стороны, государство, признав его сначала «общественным движением», а затем запретив за экстремизм, с другой — московско-питерские антропологи, что изучают реальность по соцсетям и СМИ, не покидая столиц (ну или сейчас заграницу). Те ничего не могут запретить, но они отказали АУЕ в существовании, назвав явление «примером моральной паники», «мемом», «виртуальной игрой», «провокацией в соцсетях», «городским фольклором». У них и Сталин все 90-е, нулевые и 10-е годы проходил как просто мем, просто мода, фольклорный персонаж. Ничего более.

События с этими мемами и «примерами моральной паники» происходили все эти семь лет друг за другом, каждое объяснимо само по себе, но в одном ряду — винегрет, оксюморон, шизофрения: вот государство запрещает АУЕ, а вот по тюрьмам, где выявляют сторонников АУЕ и доначисляют им сроки, едет облаченный особыми полномочиями Евгений Пригожин, говорит об АУЕ вполне определенно, вот именами набранных им в ЧВК Вагнер героев называют уже отдельные парты и целые школы, вот возвращающиеся в свои села герои вновь устанавливают прежний порядок, вновь беспричинно убивают . В группах адептов АУЕ в соцсетях чморят пиндосов и подпиндосников и предлагают бродягам заказать с 50%-ной скидкой «часы как у Путина».
То есть ауешников государство ставит на одну полку с фашистами. И посылает их сражаться в Украину с ними же (исходя из установок того же государства). И они сами уже не фашистам подобны, а самые настоящие герои. Диалектика, словом.
И если такую борьбу и единство противоположностей в черных регионах (во власти воровских понятий и уголовных авторитетов) можно как-то истолковать, то в красных (в Красноярском крае, например) что должно произойти с умами начальников тюрем, чтобы в них это уложилось? Это ведь в понимании арестантов здесь всероссийская «ломка» и «пыточная» (цитирую по РИА Новости бывшего з/к, одного из организаторов «Русских маршей» Дмитрия Демушкина: красноярские зоны — «место, куда нельзя попадать в России»), а вообще-то в госаппарате местные колонии традиционно считаются самыми передовыми и прогрессивными в стране.
Вот начальник ГУФСИН Красноярского края генерал-майор Антон Ефаркин. Широкой публике его начали показывать еще в 2010-м — как новое, молодое, прогрессивное лицо российской пенитенциарной системы. Вот Первый канал демонстрирует эксперименты Ефаркина, тогда еще зама по безопасности и оперативной работе в ИК-17 (через стенку от ИК-31, где сидит сейчас Уваров), еще майора, но уже реформатора: он дает зэкам доступ к цифровым технологиям, пароль — номер их уголовного дела. Или вот в 2013-м Ефаркин — снова лицо ГУФСИН края, к тому времени он уже начальник оперативного отдела главка и приучает зэков к Моцарту и Бетховену: включает им классику, запрещая фильмы и песни с уголовной романтикой. (Да, почти «Заводной апельсин», жизнь неустанно подражает искусству.)
Потом, как водится, Москва, центральный аппарат, первый замначальника главного оперативного управления. И Саратов, где Ефаркин наводил порядок после громкого скандала с пытками шваброй в тюремной туберкулезной больнице. Вернули в красноярское ГУФСИН, назначив врио начальника, Ефаркина срочно (уже генералом, звание присвоено президентом за неделю до начала СВО) — сразу после акта коллективного неповиновения подростков и членовредительства в канской малолетке 9 мая 2023 года.
В те же дни в других колониях края — суицид и побег, ампутация заключенному ноги после издевательств в камере. Однако именно массовый селфхарм в малолетке все мои источники назвали главным мотивом смены начальника ГУФСИН.

14 «самопокоцанных» зэков в КВК стали прологом к тюремным волнениям в европейской части России и мятежу через полтора месяца зэков, перемещенных самим государством в ЧВК «Вагнер». Сложиться из парий взрывоопасной массе — массе тех, кому более нечего терять, кроме своих цепей, — не дали и не дают, система купирует все возмущения (тот самый спинной мозг).
Об участии Никиты в событиях в КВК говорили в те майские дни 2023-го разное, точно ничего не было известно. Запрос «Новой» на посещение колонии остался без ответа. Но фсиновским психологам, разумеется, видней, что это. В красном крае продолжают непримиримую борьбу с АУЕ. Недавно утвердили приговор художнику Василию Слонову за нарисованные на округлых плечах куклы-неваляшки восьмиконечные звезды — это демонстрирование экстремистской символики АУЕ. Вот только что возбудили дела на неназванных зэков в неназванной зоне за пропаганду АУЕ — добавить к сроку могут до шести лет.
