And 29.4% - with Alina Kuptsova, the daughter of the owner of the Rusaero group Dmitry Kuptsov, Rusaero is also connected with Jet Port (at least two Rusaero companies have the same phone and email as the Avia Project). Rusaero owned the half of the Vipport business aircraft in Vnukovo-3 and is also engaged in the ground maintenance of business jets and providing flights at Russian airports. On the Rusaero website, the Jet Port group is called a partner.
High flight family
74-year-old Nikolai Shamalov has been familiar with Putin for many years. Some believe that from the time of the KGB, others, that since the 90s, when the doctor Shamalov worked as a representative of the German concern Siemens and was responsible for the supply of medical equipment to Russia. At that time, Putin was headed by the Committee on External Relations of the St. Petersburg City Hall. On the basis of supplies, they agreed.

In the center of the scandal with the palace was the Rosinvest company, created in 2005, as Kolesnikov said, to himself and Shamalov directly with the approval of Putin and with his participation. One of the Rosinvest projects was a business terminal at the St. Petersburg airport Pulkovo.
