GRU agent and Nazi Viktor Vasiliev-Lukovenko was arrested in Kyrgyzstan in the verbia case

Last week, four Russians were arrested in Kyrgyzstan. On April 23, it became known that one of them is the “political strategologist” Viktor Vasiliev, who in 2009 was convicted of murder on the basis of hatred, and in 2021, on the instructions of the GRU, he hunted the Kazakh nationalist Kuat Akhmetov in Ukraine.

Vasiliev was arrested as part of the case of recruiting mercenaries to participate in an armed conflict. In this case, an employee of the Russian house in Osha Natalya Sekerina, an employee of the press service of the Osh City Hall Sergey Lapushkin and entrepreneur Vladimir Sirotenko were also detained. All of them were sent to a pre -trial detention center.

Viktor Vasiliev, who had previously had the surname Lukovenko, in 2009 after the “Russian march”, on the basis of racism, killed a native of Sri Lanka, who had citizenship of Switzerland. Later, for this crime he was sentenced to 8 years in prison.

After the liberation and change of the surname, Rasist Vasiliev began his career as an Africanist. He led his Telegram channel and even commented on the Live Solovyov channel as an expert.

At the same time, as the Dossier Centerfound out in 2023, Viktor Vasiliev, before starting a full -scale war on the instructions of the GRU, went to Ukraine and hunted the Kazakh nationalist Kuat Akhmetov, and also recruited local residents in the interests of Russian intelligence.

Viktor Vasiliev is also a key figure in the FSB disinformation campaign on the African continent. His Telegram channel “Smile and Mash” became part of a network organized even under Evgenia Prigozhin. Vasiliev is actively promoting conspiracy narratives, including the theory about the supposedly biological intervention of Western pharmaceutical companies and Bill Gates into the life of citizens of different countries through vaccination. Its activity is the continuation of racist ideology, but already in the form of an information war, potentially threatening the lives of hundreds of thousands of Africans.
