The 58-year-old writer Alexander Frelykh was found dead in her own house in Hamburg. The murder occurred on Tuesday, April 22. As it became known on Monday, she died of a “blunt object”. Frollich was known for her novels “My Russian Mother -in -law and other disasters” and “Traveling with the Russians”.

According to the German edition of Focus Online, the cause of death was "an injury from a stroke with a dull object." Earlier, the media also wrote that at least one shot was heard at the crime scene at least about 1:30 on the night of April 21-22.

Frollich’s body was discovered by one of her sons in the morning, he also informed the police. Now law enforcement agencies are investigating.

Focus Online calls Frelych one of the most successful writers of Germany in recent years. The writer initially worked as a journalist: she began her career in Kyiv.
