Mariupol for sale

The Mariupol residents were left without a home, not only because of the shelling and battles themselves, but also as a result of “fraternal aid” to restore the city. The Russian authorities promised to rebuild Mariupol in three years. In reality, thousands of residents took the right to apartments in the best areas and built residential complexes for sale on the site of their houses.

“Paper” studied data on the pace of construction in Mariupol, talked with local residents and found out: to resettle everyone whose houses are destroyed, the administration will take at least 18 years. Residents are offered "rash" - other people's apartments whose owners did not register them in Rosreestr.
