The Ministry of Justice declared "undesirable" American University Mormon and German Foundation Kerber

The Ministry of Justice of Russia included in the register of “undesirable organizations” the American University of Brigham Yang and the German Kerber Foundation. The OVD-Info drew attention to the renewal of the list.

The University of Brigham Young University is a private research university founded in 1875 by the Mormons Church and located in the American state of Utah.

Körber-Stiftung Foundation-a non-profit organization founded in 1959 by German entrepreneur Kurt Kerber. The Fund implements projects in the field of education, science, culture and "public diplomacy" in Germany and beyond.

One of the international projects - Meeting Russia is an initiative to develop a dialogue between young Western experts and Russian experts in the field of international relations.

Earlier, the Fund held measures with the participation of representatives of the Russian Federation. So, in 2017, one of the meetings discussed the prospects of Russian-European interaction, as well as the situation on the Korean peninsula.
