According to the YNET publication with reference to a source in the security system, the Operation “People as Leo” was prepared for several years and included the introduction of Mossad agents, a secretive placement of weapons and the creation of a base of Kamikadze drones next to Tehran.

According to the source, three independent, but synchronized directions acted as part of the operation.

• Blows of drones from the inside of Iran. Mossad agents created the Dronov-Kamikadze base in Central Iran. On the night of June 13, they were launched on bases with Iranian ballistic missiles, including an object in Esfejabad, which Israel considers one of the main threats of his safety.

The source described the operation as "the result of many years of planning, non -standard thinking and the exact use of modern technologies and intelligence." According to him, the attack became possible thanks to a unique combination of secret operations on Earth, high -precision weapons and coordination between the IDF, the Mossad and the Israeli defense industry.

The Insider previously reported that as a result of the operation, the commander of the KSIR Hossein Salah, the head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Iran Mohammad Bageri, as well as six nuclear scientists, including Fereidun Abbasi-Davani and Mohammad Mehdi Technicals, were liquidated.
