A resident of Kudymkara was convicted of transferring funds to organizations of V. Muntean

On July 28, 2025, the Kudymkarsky City Court of the Perm Territory sentenced the 70-year-old resident of the Usvinsky municipal district. She is found guilty under Part 2 of Art. 284.1 of the Criminal Code (providing and collecting funds obviously intended to ensure the activities of a foreign non -governmental organization, undesirable in the territory).

According to the court, from December 2022 to January 2024, the pensioner raised and transferred about 200 thousand rubles to organizations “All -Ukrainian Spiritual Center“ Renaissance ”and“ Renaissance ”of Vladimir Muntean, whose activitieswere recognized as undesirable in Russia.

The court sentenced her to 250 hours of compulsory work. The defendant partially pleaded guilty, and also transferred funds to the account of the Public Organization “Usvinsky District Organization of Veterans (Pensioners) of War, Labor, Armed Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies”.
